Job Purpose:

Supports sales and marketing persons by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems.



Duties:

* Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.



* Updates sales person by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.



* Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying sales person and customers.



 

* Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.



* Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

* Publishes pricing schedules by verifying freight rates, charges, and allowances.

* Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.

* Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.

* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
