American Omni Trading Co. – located in Houston, Texas we specialize in Importing & Exporting tires worldwide. Our major trade lanes today are between Asia and the United States as well as Asia to the Latin American countries. We also have an office located in Qingdao, China to accommodate sourcing, quality control and logistics for our inbound shipments.

 

Job description –

We are looking for a qualified candidate to manage our Importation department in Houston, Texas. The responsibilities would include overseeing daily documentation, freight rate and insurance negotiations, and develop ways streamline documentation process. Responsibilities would also include interaction with Asian contacts in order to improve the level of service we offer to our customers.

 

Candidate qualifications –

Bachelor's degree; a minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, routing, booking, completing all carrier and customs documentation, proven organizational skills, team player, self motivated, excel in communication and management skills. Working knowledge of U.S. Customs/import requirements, are required.  Position is for local residents only. No Visa sponsorship available.
