Assure Truck Operating Systems (TOS, formerly DCPS) initiatives and Kaizen Events are completed on schedule. Meet the objective of the planning phase of TOS methodologies/ Interface with all levels of business unit personnel Minimum Qualification: BA in Engineering field or in an engineering capacity Three to five years experience in an engineering related field Ability to analyze data or information identifying underlying principles, reason or facts. Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Team dynamics. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
