Rubber Products Sales Specialist

Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking experienced Rubber Products / Hose Sales Specialist in our Milwaukee branch location!

This role will support sales and branch profitability through information and presentations of Rubber Products and technologies.

The responsibilities: Grows profitable sales by establishing and implementing Rubber Products business plan. Develops marketing/sales strategies for Rubber Products to support branch sales and profit plans. Researches problems and finds solutions for KIT’s customers to meet Rubber Product needs. Recommends Rubber Product applications, technologies and sources of products to customers to promote value-added sales. Partners with branch inside and outside sales employees to assess customer product needs and to promote Rubber Products. Trains branch personnel on the latest rubber / hose technology products and applications. Provides sales support to the branches through sales calls and presentations on product applications to new and existing customers. Provides start-up assistance and follows-up with customers to provide on-site engineering assistance and replacement improvements. Tracks and monitors results and prepares and communicates regular reports to regional and sales management. Minimum Qualifications: 3-4 years of Rubber Products Sales application experience in a manufacturing / sales environment BA degree. Familiarity with distribution industry and KIT products preferred. Imperial & Metric measurements. Travel 60%, Valid Driver’s License, Move up to 50 pounds.
