Report Analyst/Project Manager for Customer Care
ORS Nasco is looking for a dynamic personality for an newly created position within our Customer Care Department. This position, Report Analyst/Project Manager, will be the subject matter expert regarding contact center analytics and key performance indicators. In addition, this position will use technical and business knowledge for evaluating and developing reports, queries and requirements to manage the business more effectively...more specifically, this Analyst will provide insights to the call center leadership team regarding data and the use of analytics by providing recommendations on specific business requirements, key performance indicators, and processes requiring attention or clarification.
This position will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CIS or a related field or equivalent, a minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a Business Analyst in Operation and/or Business environment AND 1-2 years experience working with Customer Care or Contact Center management, proficiency in MS Office Suite software programs, strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, a proven Project Management methodology with the ability to execute results, a strong history of analytical abilities, problem solving skills and organizational skills. One to Two years working in a wholesale distribution will be a plus.
