Project Coordinator, San Antonio, Texas

Workplace Resource, a certified Herman Miller Dealer has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the San Antonio, Texas location.  The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3 years of experience in project coordination.  Office furniture industry experience a big PLUS.    Main responsibilities of the position include: 

 

·       Support the sales effort through the coordination of shipping and installation of office furniture and products.

·       Act as the primary communication link between the customer and the dealership. Handle all questions, adjustments and requests regarding customer accounts.

·       Coordinate and verify that all installation and servicing have been completed according to customer requirements.

·       Coordinate service and repair of office furniture at customer location or remote location.

·       Knowledge of basic accounting principles or proper record keeping

 

Minimum Qualifications include: 

 

         ·       High school diploma

·       3-5 years of customer service/project coordination experience; preferably in the office furniture industry

·       Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment

·       Basic knowledge of accounting

·       Computer literate in the use of programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.

·       Integrity—the individual possesses high ethical standards and expects the same from all others in the organization.
