OFFICE SUPPORT POSITION
Jackson Pottery, a manufacturing and distributing company of garden products, is looking for a Office Support Associate for its corporate offices and wholesale showroom at 2146 Empire Central in Dallas, Texas.
Office Support Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers as needed. Create sales orders and invoices.Check inventory/pricing in QuickBooks. Scan and file orders/invoices. Manage credit card processing and close machine daily. Create information/price tags for items in showroom. General office assistance to staff. Research - Special Projects.
The qualified candidate must have the following attributes:
Organized, flexible, with teamwork and collaboration skills Excellent communication, grammatical and customer service skills Proficient in computer skills and Ten-key Attentive to details Positive Attitude Non-Smoker
