Network Administrator

OneCoast is recruiting for a Network Administrator at our Support Center located at 1345 Beulah Road, Pittsburgh. (Churchill). 

 

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting distributed networks and server systems in a remote environment.  Individual will need to support end users as well as senior management and be a senior support contact for escalated technology issues.  Work hours may require at times after hours support and weekends.  This position requires an individual that is responsible and ethical.  This position will include periods of on-call responsibilities.

Required ExperienceMinimum of 3 years network administration experience Experience with firewall software (Watchguard a plus) Experience with Cisco routers and layer 2/layer 3 network switches Must be able to troubleshoot network issues and have a firm understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, WINS, and network routing Must be able to troubleshoot, identify and resolve response time issuesExperience with network monitoring requiredExperience using remote desktop connections and Integrated Lights Out environments for managing equipmentMinimum of 2 years Windows 2003 server experience Minimum of 2 years with Microsoft Exchange 2003 server Minimum of 2 years with active directoryIIS web server experience a plusMicrosoft SQL Server 2005 admin experience a plus Implementation of Microsoft group policy or SMS a plus Must be able to work unsupervised and execute tasks in a fast paced environmentMust be able to work in a team environment

 

Education

 

Bachelors’ degree in Technology, MIS, or I.S.
