In this role, you will work closely with the sales team on a daily basis, providing information needed to construct bids on projects.Other responsibilities of this position include: Keeping detailed tracking data on each project and on the follow up from the sales force Initiating and establishing relationships with the General Contractors to solicit information on the status of each project and who is being used as sub contractors on the job site Monitoring and maintaining logs showing current material costs for the Region Reviewing competitive market situation to determine all margin opportunities Assisting with project specification reading Other tasks as needed If you possess the skills below and would like to work for an industry leader, please complete an on-line application to be considered for this position: 3 or more years of experience in Construction Management, Estimating, Bid Development or related Strong sales acumen and a sense of urgency College Degree is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with Access data base is a plus Familiarity with Dodge and other plan center websites is a plus Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships is necessary Must have strong attention to detail Must be organizedFor quick consideration apply here
