Inside Sales Representatives

 

Primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with our dealership customers.

 

Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications:

·         A great attitude

·         Excellent phone skills

·         Fast order entry ability

·         A high level of organization

·         2+ years of inside business-to-business sales experience

·         Home Décor industry knowledge and experience is a plus, and a college degree is also preferred.

We offer a competitive compensation, with a base salary and commission bonus.

 

Customer Service Representative

 

This position is a Customer Service Representative with administrative responsibilities.   Primarily responsible for excellent customer service, managing orders, shipments and vendors, light accounting and completing various assigned tasks.

Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications:

 

·         Strong telephone skills

·         Strong communication skills with people inside and outside of company

·         Customer service attitude with the ability to work unsupervised

 

·         Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize

·         Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks

·         Willingness to grow and embrace change

·         Computer skills in Word and Excel and the ability and willingness to learn new skills

 

·         Home Décor industry knowledge and experience is a plus, and a college degree is also preferred
