e-Commerce Sales Representative 

TVC Communications, L.L.C, a distributor of cable television construction materials and supplies to the cable television, telecommunication and data communication industries, is seeking a full-time e-Commerce Sales Representative to work in our Home Network Supply Division, www.homenetworksupply.com, located in Annville, PA .

 

This position will be responsible for maximizing revenue and gross profit by educating and supporting customer inquiries linked to Home Network Supply products and services, providing excellent customer service.Additional duties include assisting the manager with the implementation of plans covering all sales activities to ensure that sales goals are achieved and that customers are satisfied to secure repeat business.Goals for the position will be based on revenue growth, profitability, and ROI.

 

Responsibilities

  Contacts current and potential customers through phone calls, email, mailings, fax and trade shows to communicate opportunities to purchase goods and services from Home Network Supply.Processes orders, quotes, return authorizations, PO receipt confirmations, availability inquiries, catalogue requests and all other requests to ensure total customer satisfaction.Resolves customer complaints following Home Network Supply policies and procedures.  Escalates more serious customer concerns to sales management or other departments as appropriate (operations, purchasing, marketing) until a solution is achieved.Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken. Networks with others to provide leads or to gain access to key personnel who can enhance likelihood of sales.Initiates outbound calls to support new account sales, inside sales growth, enhancement of inside sales revenue and sales of emerging products.Participates in training sessions and meetings to maintain an intimate understanding of Home Network Supply products, pricing structures and sales policies.Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications to Meet Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a business discipline and over one year of direct online sales experience.  Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
