Corporate Human Resources Manager, Southeast Location
Our client, WomackElectric Supply Co.in Danville, VA with 18 branch locations throughout Virginia, NorthCarolina, and South Carolina wishes to hire a dynamic Human Resources Managerwho will be responsible for the development and execution of the company’s humanresource programs and procedures including the areas of associate recruitment,selection, placement and orientation; corporate-wide training; successionplanning; compensation and benefits; payroll, employment laws and regulationsand company policy. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal,communication and execution skills, preferably honed at multi-location servicefirms where recruiting, training and employee development are priorities in theoverall growth strategy of the organization. A thorough understanding of both businessstrategy and the HR implications of business strategy are essential to success. Seven plus years of progressively responsiblehuman resources and organizational development management experience isrequired. PHR/SPHR designation is preferred.
