Location:    Houston Astrodome Area

 

Job Title:  FC Bookkeeper

 

Summary:

Keep accounting records for large warehouse corporation in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Statements,  and all general accounting and office functions.

 

Responsibilities: 

·  Accounts Receivable – Record sales, deposits, account balances and collections.

·  Accounts Payable – Record vendor’s bills, process checks, and bank reconciliation. 

·  Payroll – Understand JE to record Payroll Expense to proper departments.

·  Financial Statements & Balance Sheets – Record, analyze and correct including pre-paids and accruals. 

·  Misc. – Keep track of Insurance, Personnel, Filing, Permits and any other task necessary to keep company compliant in all fields.
