Administrative & Inventory Support: Industrial Packaging & Equipment Distribution Company
Omni Packaging is a long time distributor of packaging machines and supplies with over 25-years of experience in helping our customers maximize their packaging productivity.
This position will be responsible for light administrative responsibilities such as answering the phones, sorting mail and data entry to managing and reporting inventory levels at our customer’s facility, and stocking products. Travel three days a week is required. **
Requirements:Professional appearance.Be able to lift products ranging from 30-40 lbs.PC proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.Exercise professional and courteous phone & email etiquette.Strong mathematical skills a must.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Multi-tasker, analytical and organized.Previous job history in a related position.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma plus 6-12 months of related work experience.
**Driving History: Requires a valid, violation-free driver’s license based on the requirements of company insurance policy. A company vehicle is provided for the days of travel to customer’s facility.
