Administration/Invoicing

A leader in the wholesale distribution business for the past 32 years needs a dependable self-starter to join the administrative team in our fast-paced invoicing office.

 

The candidate will be responsible for processing all shipments, heavy data entry, obtaining freight quotes, adding up c.o.d. tags, calling customers with their order total, and separating mail.  Attention to detail is a MUST.  Other administrative duties may include filing, shredding, answering phones, and assisting the administrative department with special projects. Hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 7:00p.m., dependent on volume of work.  It is often necessary to stay into the evening to process all shipments.

 

Position Requirements include: strong customer service skills, typing, 10 key, good written and verbal communication skills, MS office and internet experience, ability to lift 30 lbs. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work independently with limited supervision.  Must be a team player!

 

Salary will be based on experience, $9.00 to $10.00 per hour and a competitive benefit package including health, dental vision and 401(k) is offered.
