Clean Harbors Outage and Turnaround Services provide industrial cleaning during planned or unplanned total or partial shutdowns of a process unit or plant to perform maintenance, overhaul and repair operations. Whether it is a refinery turnaround, a utility power plant outage, a paper mill shutdown, or a pharmaceutical company changing over a product line, Clean Harbors will get the process, plant or facility back up and running quickly and efficiently.

 

In addition to providing vacuum services and internal pipe inspection, Clean Harbors also offers hydro jetting and hydro blasting, sponge jet blasting, boiler cleaning, condenser & heat exchanger tube cleaning (hydro lazing), chemical cleaning, and pipe cleaning and removal.

Industrial Services General Manager:

 

 

Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President you will be responsible for an assigned Field Service Center, which includes organizing, planning, coordinating, directing and controlling the profit and loss margin.  Plans and coordinates with sales, staff, purchasing, logistic, finance to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations.

Manages labor to meet utilization objective and focuses on labor relations, OSHA, worker’s compensation regulations/laws and maintains accurate tracking of labor costs an materials, identifies and reduces waste (e.g. material, time, equipment, etc.)

Formulates, develops, implements and measures market strategies, penetration and business goals and objectives. Ensures/enforces OSHA, EPA, and Health and Safety standards/regulations compliance

 

Five-seven years industry experience and two-three years of management experience with specific industrial tank cleaning experience is required. A BS/BA in a related field is preferred.
