Job Responsibilities:

 

Weigh inbound & outbound vehicles

Answer dispatch phone & assist customers with scheduling pick up

Greet & direct customers

Knowledge of Microsoft office package (word, excel, email)

Data entry of information into specific company designed program (Will Train)

Processing receivers and shippers.

Responsible for paying out and balancing of cash drawer.

Admin duties as assigned.

 

Requirements needed to be successful:

Intermediate level of computer skills

Ability to multi-task

Must be flexible and adapt quickly to the business needs.
