Wheelchair Agents
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting passengers requiring wheelchair transportation.
Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned.)
· Responsible for transporting passengers in wheelchairs to, from, or inside the terminal.
· Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance in and out of carts and / or aircraft passenger seats.
· Adhere to as ADA requirements, as trained.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or GED a plus.
Experience:
1 -2 years customer service experience.
