Shipment Management Coordinator

After hour contact via pager for account. Route shipments using enabling technologies and business processes in insure maximum value to customer. Develop ISO procedures. Process compliance and organizational goals. Develop and maintain standards customer and operational reporting. Feedback and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Maintain high level of customer service. Data interpretation, cleansing and analysis. Support Track and Trace/POD inquiries. Resolve and track customer complaints and issues.
