The International Coordinator will provide customer service, sales and operational support to the tour operators around the world. Will also assist with marketing, product, and sales functions. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Essential Functions: Service all international calls, support emails including providing accounts with answers/support on our product, invoicing, reports, and system. Phone is answered immediately and emails are responded to same-day. Send all product and system errors reported by the accounts to the appropriate product manager- follow up until issue is resolved. Work with customer service on solving all passengers' during-and post-travel service issues. Training international accounts on the Mark International products, policies, procedures, and reservation system, including meetin with Regional Sales Managers, scheduling training sessions, monitor errors and schedule additional training as necessary, providing feedback to Regional Sales Managers. Assist sales and product teams with various functions, including but not limited to: Setting up new accounts and updating new account files as necessary, assisting Regional Sales Managers with trade show preparations, product QC as needed. Update and communicate sales reports as scheduled including sending reports to accounts, assist sales manager with creating reports as necessary, coordinate backup coverage with other team members.
Requirements: Well rounded knowledge base of computer software applications. Ability to perform well under strict deadlines. Must have ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and excellent follow through and follow-up on work assignments. Superior attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with various cultures and co-workers. Ability to work well in a team environment. Two year college degree or equivalent work experience required, especially in a travel/tourism or buisiness- related field. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in Spanish is required.
