The Northwest Region of Ampco System Parking has an opening for a full time Multi-Unit Manager to manage and oversee operations of multiple facilities in the Bellevue area, Washington.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage operations for multiple garages.

· Ensure adherence to Ampco System policies and procedures; train through example and with specific details.

· Ensure the timely completion of required paperwork from each location and that all audit controls are in place.

· Responsible for SR and DR entry and delivery of materials to Regional Office.

· Implement safety regulations as outlined by Ampco System.

· Handle special projects assigned by Senior Operations Manager.

· Help at various locations and with Commuting Program as needed.

· Continue and improve Customer Service training at all locations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

· Flexibility to work all hours and weekends when necessary.

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Completion of high school degree/GED.

· Over 1 year of work experience managing multiple locations of operations and multiple employees in a customer service industry.

· Ability to operate and park all types of vehicles.

· Proficient with Windows Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.

· Excellent organizational skills. PAY & BENEFITS
