Inside Sales/Marketing

Job Purpose:

Generates revenue by obtaining and up-selling orders.

Duties:

* Obtains orders by answering telephone calls; verifying and entering items; transferring orders to fulfillment; explaining stock-outs and expected delivery date.

* Increases orders by suggesting related items; explaining features; checking customer's buying history.

* Opens customer account by getting customer agreement, collecting customer information; extending credit to customer.

* Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

* Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

* Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.

* Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
