Driver Manager-Dispatch
C.R.England, one of the nation's largest trucking companies is looking for professional, motivated individuals to fill the position of Driver Manager at our Salt Lake City headquarters
Driver Managers are responsible for:
· The profitable operation of a fleet of approximately 70 trucks
· Maintaining high levels of on-time pickup and delivery
· Driver retention, safety, and production are all facets of this responsibility
This position is equivalent to running your own small business and requires individuals who are self driven and who thrive on creating success
The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years supervisory experience with excellent communication and leadership skills Computer proficiency The ability to manage several things at once Experience in achieving results through motivating other. A college degree is a plus, and a background in management is a definite requirement
