Database Reports Specialist

Duties:

1. Set up, maintain and report on AXIS applications and data-base elements to effectively collect, process and provide necessary management and operational information.

2. Assist staff with extracting data and generating reports based on AXIS systems tools, including Make Your Own Reports and general database tools, including Impromptu and Power Play.

3. Provide timely responses to questions and requests for management and operational information by members of the board, management and staff.

4. Assist the Reporting and Operations Officer with the extraction, organization and presentation of management and operational information provided by the AXIS computer system.

5. Assist the Reporting and Operations Officer in evaluation of recommendations in utilization of AXIS software as well as analysis of alternative data-base systems.

6. Assist the Reporting and Operations Officer with the Reports Steering Committee tasked with the establishment and utilization of company wide reports.

Skills:

1. Three to five years hands on experience with database management and report writing software. Associate degree along with the previous experience with AAA and or Campana software desirable.

2. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and report writing applications such as Crystal Reports.

3. Analytical and problem solving skills.

4. Professional human relations and communication skills, including ability to train and instruct staff individually or in a group setting.

5. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
