The position requires detail-oriented individuals who have the ability to work independently as well as a part of team in a customer-centric culture. The position requires critical thinking and listening skills, verbal and written communication, phone, computer and the ability to analyze and accurately document information. Our business operation requires flexible scheduling; position start times are mid-morning, and include rotating weekends.
