Corporate Travel Counselor
Responsible for the timely and accurate servicing of Corporate Travel arrangements for our corporate client at an onsite located at 309 W. 49th Street, New York, NY 10019. Duties include providing business travel services for air/rail transportation, hotels, car rentals, counsel clients on efficient routes, lowest available fares, travel products/services. Superior customer service skills and ability to act on special customer requests required. Backup for onsite VIP Counselor. Verbal and written communication skills a must. American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as an American Express Business Travel Counselor is preferred. Knowledgeable in the areas of destination geography including expedient, cost effective and preferred travel routes. Excellent customer servicing skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Sabre experience strongly preferred. Should possess skills to function as an International Agent.
