After Hours Driver Manager

CR England, one of the largest trucking companies, is looking for professional, motivated individuals to fill the position of Driver Manager.


This position is responsible for:
The profitability and operation of a fleet of approximately 60 trucks. Maintaining high levels of on-time pickup and delivery Driver retention, safety, and production. This position is equivalent to running your own small business

Hours for this position will be:

Sunday-Wednesday 1800-0600 or

Thursday-Sunday 1800-0600

 

The ideal candidate:

will have at least 2 years supervisory experience excellent communication and leadership skills, computer proficiency with AS400 and Microsoft Office the ability to manage several things at once. A college degree is a plus  a background in management preferred.


 


 

This postion is a graveyard shift, compressed work week. Sun-Wed 1800-0600 or Thur-Sun 1800-0600
