POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting the Travel Department by answering phones, filing papers, retrieving information and reviewing invoices.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Answer the telephone and forward calls to the appropriate person.
• Answer routine questions and provide basic information to callers.
• Sort mail and papers for distribution or filing.
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• File and shred paperwork according to department procedures.
• Send and receive faxes.
• Generate routine correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months to one year experience in an office environment preferred
• Experience in the travel industry related field a plus
• Use of copier, fax, computer, and e-mail programs
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
• Good oral communication skills
