GENCO has an opening for a Variable Shifts Supervisors for our new facility to be located in Ogden, Utah. The facility will be a 550,000 sq. ft. temperature controlled distribution center. The building is fully racked utilizing high reach and slip sheet equipment. The operation will consist of approximately 110 hourly employees on two (2) shifts weekly and one (1) weekend shift.

The positionis responsible for:
Supervising employees during 1st shift.Ensuring/reinforcing the GENCO employee culture is being fostered in the facility.Ensuring and reporting accuracy of inventory items through cycle count auditing procedures.Facilitating regular safety meetings and assuring the maintenance of a safe work environment.Training/Updating employees on job functions/procedures.Monitoring and ensure updates on all bio-hold notifications.Following procedures and monitor status of all MST/ESL reports and inform RB Product Supply.Managing obsolete products.Managing and reporting weekly on all product / code date issues to include accuracy of code date rotation.Verifying and track all shipping errors.Ensuring product for all priority customer allocations is allocated properly.Insuring compliance with GENCO's Core Excellence Program.Providing assistance for the Operations and/or General Manager on special projects as required.

Required Skills


The successful candidate will have:
BS/BA or equivalent work experience preferred.One (1) to three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity preferably in inventory control in a warehousing environment.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Prioritization and problem solving skills essential.Demonstrated knowledge and user experience with Excel, Access, E-Mail, and Word Documents.Previous WMS/RF or related experience is preferred.Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.
