Logistics Supervisor/ Assistant Terminal Manager/ Logistics Manager Trainee

Job Description The Operation Supervisor works in a fast paced environment that is at the hub of activity in our business unit.  The Operation Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in managing the total expenses and the profit and loss statement while maintaining budget standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.  Provide direct supervision professional drivers for the purpose of meeting customer service requirements and give on-going analysis to continuously improve total operations.  You will also provide safety management to driver personnel in the field which include processes established with the company’s loss prevention system.  Position is located in Channelview, Texas.  Job Qualifications -  2 years of university course work, preferred but not required, in one of the following areas:  Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Technology, Operations Management or Information Systems, etc.-  Related experience of 1-2 years, including internships, preferred but not required.-  A customer service, operations and/or industrial background is required.-  Must have a high level of self motivation, excellent customer service skills and possess a team work attitude-  Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database experience required Dupre' Transport LLC
