As a Dockworker, you will play a vital part in ensuring we meet customer expectations.  As a Dockworker in the Norfolk area, you will have the tools and training you need to succeed with the security of working for a 25-year old, $3B company renowned in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry for its culture and values. What does it take to succeed?  As a Dockworker, you will move and coordinate all freight into the proper trucks.Successful Dockworkers will: Be highly motivated individuals Enjoy interacting in a dynamic workplace Be detail oriented What’s in the job? Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift Verify customer documentation matches freight description Verify and complete required documentation and reports Frequent contact with service center personnel in a fast-paced, deadline–oriented environment What do you need?
