SUMMARY:

 

The Data Entry and Customer Service Representative will perform data entry requiring interpretation of information and accurate alphanumeric data entry. This person will be required to execute complex importing and exporting functions using a variety of formats. As a Customer Service Representative (s)he will receive and respond to customers’ needs as they are presented. In some cases, these interactions will result in the creation and/or validation of a collection or delivery work order. This person will receive guests adhering to Recall’s security procedures, answer/transfer phone calls, prepare reports, maintain the reception area/supplies and perform other duties as requested.

 

 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Inputs, reviews, and reconciles carton, filefolder, customer information using a variety of formats.Creates and/or reviews delivery and collection orders from customers/Customer Care Specialists so that the Information Center Specialists/Couriers can fulfill orders and provide service with CARE (Consistent, Accurate, Reliable, Efficient).Acquires a complete understanding of client attributes and Recall’s unique capabilities. Interacts with Customer CARE, ICM, Account Manager, and other Recall personnel to assure superior customer service to both external and internal customers by providing accurate and timely follow-through on all inquiries.Greets customers/vendors/guests and answers phones.Maintains consistent and accurate databases using decision-making skills and communication with external customers and internal partners.Assists with data entry project planning, tracking and facilitating to ensure all objectives are met.Meets or exceeds customer requirements. This position requires a person who embraces customer service with a passion.Maintains accurate filing systems.Adheres to all Recall Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security standards. Demonstrates a high proficiency in ReQuest and MS applications.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  · Proven self starter, focused and committed High School Diploma or GED required; Some college preferredMinimum of 1 year data entry experience.All employees must successfully complete and pass a drug test and background screen.  Subsequent screens may be conducted based on company policy and customer requirements. Employee must maintain ability to pass such screenings.Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.Must have 10 key and keyboard by touch with 99% accuracy.Proficiency with MS Office applications and can quickly adapt to new technology.
