Clerk, Billing & Inventory Maintenance

A leading Gulf-South company with interests in stevedoring, terminal operations and warehousing throughout the Gulf Region is seeking an office assistant for billing and inventory maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:

  Match dock recipts to computer generated receipts. Create pre-billing spreadsheet for customers to review before charges are input into A/S 400. Print, mail and file invoices. Retrieve repair orders from the maintenance shop. Input information into PM Expert maintenance program. Maintain inventory items ordered for restock. Input purchase orders for the maintenance shop and office supplies. Will be trained as backup for cargo documentation, payroll, and receptionist.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Analyzing information, data entry, attention to details, confidentiality, thoroughness, general math skills, good verbal communication, organization.
