p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities Training Facilitation:· Delivery of New Hire Orientation, new product and service training, systems training, basic customer interaction training, and basic sales skills training. · Delivering sales training programs that support product/services, operations/processes, and sales process and skills.· Management of pre- and post-class activities that promote optimal learning.· Demonstration of the necessary fundamental training concepts, including facilitation, instruction, skills practice and classroom management to ensure optimal student learning and on-job application.· Leads participants through all four levels of learning, including awareness, knowledge, skill and mastery.Program Effectiveness:· Identify area, regional, or unique channel training needs including providing feedback to management, other internal clients and the curriculum development teamAdministration:· Tracking and monitoring attendance for all participants.· Conducting key administrative duties including adhering to all budget guidelines, submitting all necessary reports, and coordinating or organizing monthly training schedules based upon client requests, etc. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications · Experience: Minimum of two plus years of sales experience in telecom industry is required with retail/and or indirect sales experience preferred. · Other: Complete knowledge of sales systems and processes is essential (NetACE, Eros, I2K and/or Vision, Information Manager, VZ Map, Intranet)· Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility and integrity.· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to overall team success.· Must have excellent attendance and be willing to work outside of regular business hours. · Must demonstrate flexibility; must be able to adapt to changing business needs and the needs of the trainees.· Commitment to developing others and helping them to succeed is critical to success.· Must be able to travel out of town as required (may be up to 40% of the time).
