Req #198889 - Senior Manager Marketing, my Faves Innovation T-Mobile is looking for a talented and passionate self-starter with a strong background in consumer marketing to join our myFaves Marketing Team. Our focus is on translating consumer insights into differentiated products and services that enable strong growth for one of our key product platforms: myFaves. This product has become one of the fastest growing ever, with over 8 M users, and is helping us deliver our promise to keep customers connected to those who matter most. The ability to innovate on this platform with simple, innovative solutions will be critical to increasing usage, building loyalty to T-Mobile and driving customer growth. To help us achieve this, we are looking for someone who is committed to teamwork to accomplish common goals, while taking personal ownership for their decisions and actions. The role requires strong cross functional partnership with Consumer Insights on market research / concept validation, with Product Development on an innovative product roadmap, with Sales leadership to align on value propositions, and with Marketing Planning and Analysis on pricing / business case scenarios. As a member of the team, the Senior Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include: Examining the current business and projecting future dynamics given the competitive landscape Initiating and analyzing market research that anticipates consumer needs and informs new product and service innovation Identifying products that will explode our growth in the home while balancing game changing news and sound financial objectives Working cross-functionally to create exciting new value propositions that support the goals of the marketing calendar The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred 5+ years consumer marketing experience in product marketing A history of driving product and/or service innovation Effective communicator and presenter, with ability to influence colleagues cross functionally Goal-oriented achiever who balances results with attention to values This role favors the candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating and managing multiple overlapping projects, collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional partners, and working as a key member of the Marketing team.
