Senior Content Manager

As part of our strategic growth, Amdocs is currently seeking a Content Manager located in Seattle, WA.This senior position will manage our North American Content Services business with the goal of helping our customers maximize their sales of mobile content.Responsibilities:· Manage the team that delivers mobile eCommerce content services to our North America customers.  This includes content sourcing managers, storefront managers and merchandising managers.· Develop and present Qpass mobile eCommerce services to North American prospective customers and establish strong working relationships with our current customers.· Create and deliver innovate programs that drive incremental revenue through direct-to-consumer marketing programs that leverage SMS, WAP Push, email and online storefronts. · Work closely with our Product group to develop new software features that drive increased mobile eCommerce revenues.· Develop strong business and professional relationships with 3rd party content providers.· Develop metrics and reports that are utilized as a daily decision making tool and as a feedback mechanism indicating storefront performance. Work with merchandising managers to make decisions to adapt merchandising based on these metrics. · Help plan and execute marketing activities including eMarketing, seasonal promotions, bundles and sales initiatives. · Develop co-op marketing programs and present to content partners and customers.· Develop the strategy to source territory specific content to support mobile eCommerce initiatives.Requirements:· 3-5 years eCommerce/mobile commerce experience.· Experience in the wireless entertainment/technology, mobile entertainment and digital entertainment preferred.· Experience and understanding of web layout, end user usability issues, and intuitive navigation schemes.· Experience with MS Access, database marketing, customer analysis and campaign profitability evaluations.· Experience with CRM, subscriber acquisition, subscriber retention and loyalty programs.· Knowledge of various mobile technologies (network, handset, SMS, MMS, WAP, JAVA, BREW) preferred.· A student of popular culture including music, games, movies, fashion, sports, and fads. · Experience in leading teams that have implemented large software projects.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Travel/Relocation:Some domestic travel to customer sites will be required for this position.  Relocation assistance is available.
