New Build Account Executive (Olympia,WA)

Position Summary:
To develop and manage New Build relationships in an effort to optimize the customer experience, and maximize Comcast product penetration. The position is responsible to communicate all matters related to new cable construction and activation with builders/owners, appropriate system personnel and potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed product penetration requirements by project through effectively managing marketing and sales activities within project.
- Meet or exceed "serviceable" guidelines – i.e. all new homes serviceable before occupancy.
- Provide collateral and POP materials to Sales Offices (SO).
- Create relationships with SO Agents.
- Place collateral in completed homes, if possible.
- Door-tag, knock doors, etc, as necessary and available.
- Ensure address database and billing system have correct addresses, and that the addresses are correctly designated as vacant lot, under construction, or built and occupied throughout the process.
- Verify secondary trenches are complete as foundations go in.
- Communicate with on-site Project Managers to ensure they are aware of our trenching guidelines and resources. Be POC for Developer regarding New Plat serviceability, Addressing, etc.
- Cross-functional POC for new build process escalations.
- Attend Builder Association meetings or any other industry meeting as needed to develop relationships. - Collect competitive intelligence and manage competitive threats within projects.
- Punctual, regular attendance.


Required Skills:
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study.
- Previous sales experience a must.
- Business to Business sales experience preferred.
- Customer relationship sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-starting individual with a dedicated sense of follow-up time management and organization skills, PC skills, PC Computer Skills.
- Previous new build related industry experience preferred. Cable industry a plus.
