JOB SUMMARY:
- Assist director in managing the financial performance of systems in the North Puget Sound area.

- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for technical, marketing and administrative departments (budgets, forecasts, headcount and subscriber reports)

- Prepare and analyze NPS revenue; updating existing forecast tools and work as the key contributor to preparing the area revenue forecast.

- Review system operational expense forecasts and generate a consolidated area forecast of three entity offices.

- Provide detailed analysis for all operational variances; coordinating with and generating the consolidations of three entity offices.

- Provide leadership for process improvements and initiatives at an area level.

- Monitor system internal controls to assure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

- Interact with NPS area, Seattle market and West division management teams to develop financial strategies to improve system cash flow, operational efficiency and capital utilization.

- Minimal Travel as required.

- Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).

EXPERIENCE:
- Five years related experience to include public accounting and/or telecommunications/technology industry experience, two years in a supervisory role.

- Excellent organizational skills. Able to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple work assignments in a timely manner.

- Entrepreneurial attitude, assertiveness and motivation.

- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (presentation skills and written communication).

- Advanced PC skills including: Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point).

- Knowledge of Hyperion, Citrix, Oracle and Brio, CSG billing system, and inventory/accounting software a plus.
