Customer Care Representative - Wireless
NTELOS, established over 100 years ago, is a diversified multi-state regional company that provides premier wireline and wireless communications services. NTELOS is currently seeking Customer Care Representatives in our state of the art call center in Daleville, VA.

Job Requirement:High School education or equivalent;Minimum 18 years of age;PC and Internet proficiency;Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast paced environment;Detail orientation with the ability to learn, retain and apply considerable amounts of information;Must be able to work nights, weekends and Holidays. Work schedule will be 2:00pm - 11:00pm OR 2:30pm - 11:00pm, to include every other Saturday and 1 Sunday every three (3) weeks.
CompensationEntry level compensation is $10.56 per hour base salary, $0.75 per hour shift premium and commission potential of $500 per month.Compensation increases to $11.27 per hour base salary after 6 months of employment with successful attendance and job performance.Our outstanding benefits include Company-matched 401(k), Anthem Blue Cross healthcare, dental and vision insurance, Company-paid life and disabilty insurance, tuition reimbursement and generous paid time off.
