Technical Operations
Responsible for ensuring that all work pertaining to Work Order Check-In is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
-Pull daily reports of work from WFX, export into Excel to create a catalogued record of Virtual Work Orders.
-Maintain online filing system for all in-house virtual work orders and a manual filing system for contractors.
-Audit all manual and virtual work orders for accuracy in products, billing and tasks performed.
-Reconcile information in the billing system (CSG& ICOMS) with virtual work orders as authorized by customers and at time of installation and noted in account or on PDF receipt.
-Ensure all customer payments and applicable charges are posted accurately and timely to the subscribers' accounts.
-Ensure and validate the information contained on all work orders, manual and virtual, is accurate and completed in full.
-Ensure and verify proper service levels for customers' accounts.
-Verify equipment listed on customers' accounts.
Input any changes or upgrades as authorized by customers at time of check-in.
-Debit and credit accounts for unreturned equipment
-Interact with customers and other departments regarding check in inquiries and procedures.
-Utilize performance metrics to improve performance.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Some travel may be required.
-Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
•Telecommunications industry experience
•Strong analytical, communication, organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
•Strong PC skills especially in Microsoft Excel, but also in Word and Outlook
•Knowledge of CSG & billing systems
•Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively
•Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
•Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must be a team player, willing to embrace change, detail oriented, motivated and professional.
