Sales/Retail/Business Development p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities COVERAGE AREA: Fond Du Lac, Beaver Dam, Watertown, SheboyganSales Results: Meet and exceed quota/revenue target for net activations, customer renewals, and enhanced services. Demonstrate equipment functions and network capability. Perform rate package evaluations and propose solutions that best benefit the company and the customer. Retailer Relationships: Associate will be working within multiple national retailer locations. Associate will train, coach, and educate retailer employees on VZW competitive advantages, products and services, promotions, methods and procedures, and point-of-sale ordering systems.Customer Retention: Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns. Order Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, audit and reconcile daily sales performance. Training/Meetings: Responsible for thorough knowledge of all sales processes and point-of-sale functions. Remain current on all wireless products, services, industry and competitive trends. Attend all applicable trainings/meetings. Some College preferred. 1-2 years experience in a retail sales environment. Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) required. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communications skills. PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required. Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services. The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. Effective negotiation and closing skills.
