Staffing Consultant/Manager

Due to increased business, we are adding a Staffing Consultant who can also act as the Office Manager for Corpus Christi's premier staffing company. Duties as the Staffing Consultant will include recruiting, interviewing, hiring and assigning temporary associates as well as marketing to our current and future client companies. Office Manager duties will include the oversight of all other personnel as well as helping to develop and implement sales and marketing programs. The current staff includes 10 permanent employees and several part time associates assigned to the office. Express Employment Professionals is a franchise system. The local office has been in business under the same owners for over 24 years and consistently ranks in the top 5% of the office rankings. Compensation is a combination of salary and commission based on total office production. This is a very low turnover operation, with the average employee having 10 years with the company. Industry experience is not required to be considered for this position, although it would be a plus. Management experience and at least some college are important.
