Senior Account Executive
Basic Purpose Coordinates placement of IT professionals (billable consultants, field support, and/or product application support) at various client sites. Plans, organizes, and evaluates work schedules and assignments. May work with clients to resolve scheduling or work problems. Operates without supervision, with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Usually requires six years of staffing and project management experience within the IT industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Achieve business targets for client(s)Single Collabera point of contact for a particular account; work closely with recruiting and project team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirementsResponsible for direct businessDevelop individual leadsBecome thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumesMotivate sales team to attain sales objectivesEnsure quick turn-around time for qualified resume submittal for all open requirementsResolve all client issuesMarketingConduct client meetings to build and maintain relationshipsDevelop and prepare proposalsLead sales presentations Essential Education, Skills, and Environment Education and Work Experience Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing. Must be techno-commercially savvy. Advanced working knowledge of PC and related software applications. Some exposure to solutions sales. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of all areas of business operations. Able to resolve complex problems. Excellent knowledge of company’s products. Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent PC skills. Equipment and Applications PCs and various software applications. Heavy telephone usage. Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. Travel may be required.
