FirstOption Staffing is searching for a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Our Sales Executives make business to business calls and build relationships through prospecting and consultative selling.  We offer our clients customized staffing solutions and superior service delivery.

 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have outstanding communication skills, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. We are searching for high-energy, results-oriented sales leaders, with a high sense of urgency and self confidence!  In this position, you will effectively manage and build a protected territory of established clients, and work successfully with the staffing team to exceed client and employee expectations.

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE . . . A Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3+ years of proven, successful, outside, business to business sales experience A loyal work history The desire to work in and promote a team focused environment Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook The drive to grow an established business base and be rewarded for your efforts and abilities A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
