JOB DESCRIPTION: · Sell IT staffing augmentation solutions to companies through outbound telephone calls, client meetings, building client relationships, and networking.· Leverage your knowledge of the Seattle market to cultivate key relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000, NASDAQ, and venture-backed technology companies.· Build, develop, and maintain your accounts.· Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure they understand your customers’ requirements.· Meet weekly/quarterly performance metrics/quotas. QUALIFICATIONS: · You have 2yrs proven success selling IT staffing services. - OR – · You have been highly successful opening and developing major accounts.· You have a track-record of acquiring new customers.· You know the Seattle marketplace, the companies, and the people who work there.· You are well versed in IT terminology and possess a solid technological acumen.· You have a documented track record of surpassing sales objectives.· You are proficient in the consultative, solution based sales methodology. You excel in a fast-paced, transaction oriented, multi-task role. You can influence the selling process, think both strategically and tactically, and solve complex problems. You are highly motivated, hungry, and serious about your career. You are a self starter who’s able to work independently with minimal supervision. You are a professional with stellar presentation, verbal and written communication skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
