Caliper, Inc. has been providing staff augmentation for 25 years to clients both locally and nationally in the Engineering, Information Technology, Skilled Trades, Administrative, and Industrial fields. We are experiencing tremendous growth and have a need for a Power Services Recruiter in Virginia.
We are in need of an aggressive, motivated individual driven to succeed both professionally and financially. A minimum one year experience in technical recruiting is required. The Recruiter will perform the following duties:
* Full life cycle recruiting for clients within the power services sector.
* Indentify promising opportunities to fill positions using various online vendor management systems.
* Source candidates using direct sourcing methods, Internet job sites, google searches, internal datebases and other methods.
*Perform introductory and behavioral interviews to pre screen candidates.
* Track submissions, fills and other performance metrics for reporting purposes.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
* Analytical, able to understand power services job descriptions and identify candidates with appropriate skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities,
*Strong computer skills: MS Office, E-mail and Internet.
