We are seeking a Receptionist/Briefing Coordinator to join us in our Bellevue office.  As our receptionist, you will be entrusted for making a great first impression on behalf of our company.  Our ideal candidate is a polished individual with a professional appearance, a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a unique ability to make people feel welcomed. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. If you are self-motivated, reliable and able to work without close supervision this may be the perfect opportunity for you! PAY: $15.00/hourDuties and Responsibilities  Maintain confidentiality at all times Ensure desk is opened at the designated time and conference room signage is current Answer phones within 3 rings in a pleasant and efficient manner Greet and assist visitors to the lobby in a timely manner Maintain a standardized At-A-Glance desk according to current guidelines Maintain a neat lobby/reception area.  Ensure publications are current and available Check inboxes daily and schedule conference/meeting rooms guidelines Facilitate catering needs Adhere to corporate security guidelines Act as Emergency Response contact during emergency situations Order and maintain front desk and facility office supplies Arrange for courier/taxi pickup and deliveries. Coordinate support of maintenance and repair requests Build positive working relationships Understand organizational structure and requirements of customers Assist customers with outgoing faxes and notify them of incoming faxes Use Spherion Unified Tracker daily and report issues as needed Maintain conference rooms.
