National Account Service Alignment Professional

Description:The Field Service Professional position is split into two disciplines, one with a focus on the client and the other with a focus the field office. Both professionals manage the daily departmental processes assigned, ensuring opportunity fulfillment and high-level client service. The Client Service Professional manages and validates incoming orders, and engages in the day-to-day relationship with the client and NASA team with respect to order management and fulfillment activities. The Field Service Professional identifies the appropriate office(s) to fill orders and engages in day-to-day relationship with those offices with respect to order and assignment management activities with a focus on increasing overall fill rate. Fill-related communications and issue resolution activities including ensuring understanding of client requirements. Guides & coaches field offices & team as needed to ensure highest rates possible. Handles minor fill-related issues in a timely manner and escalates more serious issues to the NASA Specialist as appropriate. Enters orders into the appropriate front office application and assigns to the appropriate field office(s) for the most expeditious fill possible. Communicates clients timing requirements and aligns recruitment process for each account as required. Ensures timely and increased order fill rate by monitoring the appropriate resources and analyzing field responsiveness. Creates relationships with recruiting resources that may help field increase fill rates and supports the field on 3rd party tools as needed. Assists with internal and interdepartmental reporting as needed, and participates in miscellaneous department projects/activities as required.Qualifications: Associates Degree is required - preferably in Business, HR, Sales and Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience One to three years experience in the Staffing/Recruiting industry. Some experience in account management is a plus. Proven track record in order fulfillment speed and accuracy. Experience in both staffing & professional is required for the client Professional, and desirable for the field Professional.
