This small consulting company has an immediate need for Software Engineers at all levels with client and/or server side Java development experience to develop and deliver their application integration software products.  This company has developed a suite of products that are leveraged by Energy Companies to facilitate the management and integration of their business and technical data.

 

We are looking to add several staff members to our Development and Implementation Services teams.  You must thrive in a dynamic work environment where initiative, flexibility, enthusiasm and dedication are the norm.  You should desire to work in a small team environment where everyone pulls their own weight and makes significant contributions to the success of the company’s product strategy. 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  2 - 5+ years of Java development experience, either on the client or server-side, such as J2SE or J2EE Extensive experience with MVC Models including Spring or Struts (desired) Experienced in Object/Relational Persistence Tools including JDO, EJB 3.0, or Hibernate Experience with Web Services and Services Oriented Architectures (SOA) technologies Experience with XML, SOAP, and HTTP Experience with full software lifecycle including requirements, analysis, design, construction, and testing Experience developing application integration solutions is desired Extensive experience with Eclipse IDE and plug-ins such as MyEclipse and J Depend/ Unit Test Framework (JUnit and extended family) Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and flexible Leadership potential Excellent verbal and writing skills.

 

Educational Background

 

Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science required.
