GTS Service Management Analyst - Change Mgmt

Description: Chair the Americas Change Management meetings. 1. Manage changes to mitigate risk to production environment2. Field questions3. Expedite changes4. Scheduling & Agendas Generate weekly/monthly change reports including Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), Failed Change, and Change tracking reports. Provide Change Management training. Work with the Configuration Manager to maintain an accurate Asset/Configuration Management Database.1. Gather information2. Process development & implementation Work with GTS Frontline Service Desk to design and run daily/weekly Availability and Incident tracking reports. Provide peak period support for GTS Frontline, to record, track and monitor Incident progress across GTS organization to ensure Service target alignment. Respond to Customer Service requests within agreed target timescales. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving all support queries using company standards. Document process and system administration work instructions. Chair key Service Management Meetings including CAB and Operational Reviews. Issue major notification communications. Perform project work as directed by line manager.Qualifications:Facilitate and coordinate the Change and Asset/Configuration Management processes in a Global organization. This includes chairing key Service Management meetings, implementing process improvements, developing reports and providing daily operational assistance as needed.This role is an important part of the GTS Service Management Team which operates across the Globe. The Service Management Administrator role is based in Milwaukee, WI, USA. Associates Degree or equivalent work experience - required. Bachelors Degree - preferred. 2-5 years in service delivery/management desired.Essential: Experience in a Service level driven support environment. Excellent attention to detail, including documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable: Change Management experience. Advanced experience in MS Excel and other reporting tools. Service desk or application support and administration. Relationships with People: Working with the service delivery organization of outsourced service providers.
